A Guide to How We Gather, Protect, Share and Use Customer Information

We respect your privacy and the information you share with us.

We make safeguarding the information we gather a priority.

We do not sell your information to any unrelated companies so they can market their products to you. When we believe that an unrelated company offers products or services that would be of interest to you, we may communicate to you about them. These companies will not obtain any information about you unless you respond to their offer.

When you retain our services, you will never be asked for client information that will violate any privacy policy your firm might have. All data transmission to us and from us will be via an encrypted method that will meet all your requirements.

We will contractually guarantee that your client information will not be shared with anyone. We provide you a professionally prepared, signed, nondisclosure agreement for your records. Additionally, each member of our team must sign a similar agreement and access is limited to only team members who need the information to carry out their duties of helping you with your successful event.

We will destroy/delete any and all electronic data that is no longer needed for future events or to fulfill future communication plans with your clients in a timely manner.

We provide you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us easily and promptly. Our unsubscribe requests are processed immediately.
